- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Most staffs, nurses and doctors are friendly and love children. A few doctors there are very knowledgeable. We have our favorite doctor and we are comfortable to see other doctors when our primary is not in. However, 1) They are not on time. You have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen, even though your appointment is early in the morning. 2) When your kids get upset sitting in the room for such a long overtime, do not try to walk in the hallway for 1~2 minutes. There is a lady nurse, being very impolite and rude. You will feel sorry for bringing your kids to a place that have such employee working around.October 23, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This group is not for us. When you call you get a automated answering service, this is a problem for me because I need to here a human voice when dealing with my children's health and well being. Many of the medical staff you will be seeing are not medical doctors/ pediatricians; they are physician assistants or nurse practitioners. The wrong treatment was given to my son and his board certfied specialist had to correct the medication. It is a NO for me!January 03, 2017by Angela Pressley
