  I went here a few weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment and was so pleased when they could get me in quickly. I am expecting and my dr found a small lump on my neck they wanted checked asap. I scheduled my appointment, showed up 10 minutes early and then proceeded to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room with absolutely no other clients there, past my scheduled time. Understanding that things pop up I was still willing to give them a chance. I was disappointed when finally called into the room, the nurse was very abprupt and rude and non apologetic for the wait nor did she really seem interested in why I was there. The PA came in after another 20 minutes or so and had absolutely no bedside manner. She failed to introduce herself when she entered the room she did not even have glasses to see the lump I was there for and left the room. When she came back she said the lump looked like an ingrown hair which was great but at this point I had tried to inform her that both my ob and primary had found the area to be suspicious and did not think it appeared to be a hair. At my insistence she did a biopsy with no explanation of the steps then casually said yep doesn't appear to be a hair and it should go out for biopsy told me someone will talk to me in a few weeks. I attempted to ask her what the next step would be and if I would need to go on for general surgery if it was what the other doctors had suspected and when considering I'm pregnant. She couldn't or didn't give any information. She left me with absolutely no discharge or after care instructions. Left the room immediately before I could ask additional questions. Anyone who knows the basics about pregnancy understands you have little immune system. My neck continued to bleed for 2 days. I never received any type of after care call or follow up. Finally, I asked if I should seek pre approval for this procedure as I just switched insurance carriers and had no idea what would be covered. I was told no, it was not necessary yet informed after my visit that I would likely receive a bill from a third party pathologist in the mail. This entire staff just seems disinterested in providing any type of quality service.
